Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management requires 12 units:
- 4 core, plus
- 8 electives (4 must be From Group A and 4 may be from either group A or group B,)

BSBHRM405Support the recruitment, selection and induction of staff (imported)
Cluster 4 Lead Safety
BSBMGT403 Implement continuous improvement (Group A)
BSBWHS401 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements (Group A)
BSBWOR404 Develop work priorities (Group A)

Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for entry to this qualification, however some experience in a business environment, as well as exposure to leadership and management opportunities is deisrable
