This qualification is delivered as a workplace based apprenticeship and is a great way to support Restaurants and Cafes to keep up with industry growth and improve operations by building on the skills and knowledge of their front of house staff.
Further to the Certificate III in Hospitality, this qualification has been designed for front of house staff in licensed restaurants with table service.
Course Structure
Students must successfully complete 20 units of competency comprising of 11 core units and 9 electives. Electives must include 1 from Group A and 8 from Group B

Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for entry to this qualification, however students will need to be working in a licensed restaurant with table service.
